19. März 2010: An der St. Galler Immo-Messe wird die ARinnotechsoftware erstmals der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert. Die Software ermöglicht eine Gebäudesimulation mit Hilfe der instationären Wärmeberechnung. Dank mathematischer geschlossener Alogrithmen lassen sich Geäudekennwerte für jede Jahresstunde berechnen und darstellen. Der Verkaufsstart der Software wird im August dieses Jahres erfolgen. 25. August 2008: tele.sjb.partners AG moves into new premises in the center of St. Gallen. Within two minutes walking distance from the railway mainstation of St. Gallen, work started today in the new office location Rosenbergstrasse 32. With this step SJB.Kempter.Fitze.Holding AG finished one more step of consolidation by amalgamate all four St. Gallen locations to the same place. Which are SJB.Kempter.Fitze AG, Knopfli & Eugster Ingenieuerbüro AG, tele.sjb.partners AG and maklo-data AG. At the new place 26 employees have got new office places.
